We wanted to squeeze in one more newsletter before the calendar turned, so here we are! We hope that this season is bringing you comfort, joy, ease, and whatever else you need to close out 2023 and look ahead to 2024. We are so grateful for the love and support we get from each of you, and we hope you'll think of us in the new year when you hear of someone with real estate dreams in Asheville, or anywhere - we have connections with amazing agents form across the country, and we love helping people find the right person to help them make their move, regardless of where they are. 

Team Life 

For our team, we have spent the last three months planning for 2024 in different ways. On the sales and production side of things, we look at the last calendar quarter of the year as business for the following year - knowing that most homes that go under contract in mid-October through December will not close until sometime in January or later; and any new business we generate in these months will yield results in the following year. This strategy is one that keeps us ahead of the game, and helps us more accurately plan from a budgeting standpoint. In many ways, 2023 was a challenging year, and we are eager to dive into 2024 with big - and attainable - goals. 

We've also spent a lot of time refining our individual goals for 2024, both in our business and personal lives. We hold one another accountable to these goals by sharing them and revisiting them regularly at team meetings - you might hear us talking about goals for holding client appointments, obstacles that we encounter during certain projects, or how well we're keeping up with our meditation or exercise habits. This is part of the unique beauty of team life - you won't find this kind of vulnerability in most workplaces, and we know how lucky we are! To that end, if you know someone who sells real estate who would thrive in this environment of accountability, vulnerability, and support, let us know!
