Firefly Participates in Keller Williams' Red Day

  Keller Williams' RED Day is the company's annual day of service when agents and teams from throughout the U.S. and abroad set aside a day for community service projects. Last year, Firefly Realty completed a landscaping project at the home of a family who is part of the Fostering Hopes' network. This year, the Firefly team chose to help Homeward Bound of WNC with some jobs at their new property in a former hotel that will soon become 85 permanent housing units for Asheville's most vulnerable unhoused population.

Several team members took a tour of the property with Homeward Bound staff a few months ago, and their mission and vision resonated with us in light of the need for housing for many folks in Asheville. Since our tour in the winter, a lot of progress has been made on the property and it was great to see the active construction happening. 

Our team picked up a lot of trash from around the property and tackled a huge project of sorting and folding linens - we can't wait to see what this project becomes and we look forward to helping Homeward Bound even more in the future!
