We’re looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. - Lead Management – data entry, follow up
- Email Management – organize and prioritize incoming emails
- Calendar Scheduling – assist in management of executive calendar
- Listing Marketing Assistant – runner tasks (pick up signs, lockboxes, checks), marketing mailings, event preparation, inventory management of collateral items
Estimated 24 hours per week: Once a buyer client is under contract, act as the first point of contact for all steps through closing for agent, buyer, attorney, lender, co-agent, and any inspectors or other vendors involved.
- Receive executed contract and send to all parties who need it
- Schedule inspections as requested by the buyer or buyer’s agent
- Keep all parties informed of progress, updates and/or changes that occur throughout contract period
- Provide regular updates to each buyer’s agent on the status of all contracts
- Master use of all forms needed for the transaction
- Audit all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Execute post-closing systems
- High school or equivalent required, associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
- Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and concerned about doing things the right way
- Demonstrates a high capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Capable of creating systems and improving processes
- Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing a real estate license, preferred but not required
