As first time home buyers, we were unsure of what to expect, but working with Alona at Firefly Realty was the absolute best decision we made. She answered all of our questions and patiently walked us through the entire process step-by-step. When we found a property we loved, she got us a showing before it even went on the market (allowing us to snag it!) and put an offer together for us that very night. She was more like an advocate than a realtor when we ran into issues with our lenders, and her negotiating skills with the seller were off the charts. She was always highly responsive, communicative, honest and knowledgeable, from Day One to Closing Day, and was always very calm and reassuring if/when we let our nerves get the best of us. It was clear that she had our best interests in mind the entire time and she came to bat for us over and over again to make sure we secured our sweet new home. We will literally never use another realtor or another team as long as we're in Asheville. I cannot recommend them (especially Alona!) enough 🤩🙏
