October 2021 - Team Stats & Awards

In August, Firefly received recognition for being among the top 10 teams in all of Asheville for both 2019 and 2020 at Movement Mortgage’s AVL Top 100 awards ceremony. Team owner Katie Prendergast also received recognition for being among the top 100 individual agents in all of Asheville at the event.

Another notable achievement is that Katie was chosen to be featured in Top Agent Magazine. The conversation began as a discussion about a 2-page article, and, of course, the interviewer liked Katie's story so much that she offered her the cover and a 5-page spread! In numbers news, October is on track to be the best month in the history of Firefly in terms of Gross Commissionable Income (GCI), sales volume and number of homes sold. As of September 20, 2021, we have 110 closed and pending contracts, already surpassing our 2020 total count of 98 home sold. We’ve also already exceeded our 2020 sales volume of $27 million, with a current volume of $30 million, which should surpass $40 million by the end of the month.

We are incredibly proud of our team and not at all surprised that we were able to exceed our goals to achieve these numbers.
