We are fully leaning into the WNC mountain summer, and we've got plenty to report! The weather is HOT and so is the market these days - June was our team's second biggest month ever in terms of sales volume, and we've got more listings live and in the pipeline than we have in a long time. It feels good to be busy helping people realize their real estate dreams! 

On June 2, we held our annual client appreciation event at the WNC Nature Center. For the first time, the weather wasn't ideal and we dealt with a bit of rain - but we were very grateful for our new spot at the entrance, right under the protective awning that kept us dry! We appreciate all those who braved the weather, and if you haven't been to the Nature Center recently (or ever) - we highly recommend you go! 

Katie returned to work after maternity leave the second week of June, and we've loved having baby Benjamin join her in the office! Any given team member will happily take a baby holding shift as needed. 

We also managed to take some time away from the hustle to slow down and learn. In June, we spent a day with the great Gene Rivers learning various ways to improve our listing systems and better serve our clients. And just last week, we gathered as a team to discuss our mid-year progress, re-evaluate our goals, and reposition our team to finish the second half of the year with success. 

We're very excited to have recently formed a partnership for listing homes and land in the Asheville West development. The homes already built in Phase I are gorgeous modern mountain styles, and there are several builders to choose from for land/home packages. We currently have two homes listed there, with more to come - stay tuned for community events hosted there, and big plans for Phase II coming soon!
