The Firefly Realty Team in Asheville, NC is seeking a buyer specialist to become an integral part of our team! This role focuses on successfully assisting home buyers through each phase of the home-buying process. Imperative skills within this role include generating and receiving leads, following up to convert leads, setting qualified appointments, using phone scripts, delivering buyer consultations, overcoming objections, efficiently identifying and touring properties, assisting buyers in decision-making, writing and communicating offers, negotiating contracts, and offering top-notch customer service.
The successful buyer specialist is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team and focuses on achieving greater and greater levels of success. He or she will also be committed to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual should expect to receive additional opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
- Making, receiving, and returning phone calls promptly
- Voice-to-voice and in-person prospecting
- Converting buyer and seller leads to qualified appointments
- Delivering polished buyer consultations
- Mastering sales scripts for setting expectations and overcoming objections
- Identifying and touring properties
- Assisting buyers in decision making
- Writing and communicating offers
- Negotiating contracts
- Offering top-notch customer service
- Goal setting and activity tracking
- Must hold (or acquire) a current NC real estate license
- Previous experience in real estate sales preferred
- Strong communication skills (on the phone and in person)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Service-oriented and concerned about exceeding expectations
- Demonstrates a high capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Capable of planning, action, and focus
