Mark Mennone

Mark has lived in Asheville for more than 20 years and recently transitioned to real estate from a 35-year career as a hair stylist and salon owner. He wanted to continue working with people in a customer service-based industry, and his past career makes him a natural fit for taking care of clients and guiding them through the home buying process. He is intimately familiar with the Asheville area, especially the neighborhoods of Montford, West Asheville, and Oteen. His personal experience with remodeling and restoring homes has given him a strong understanding of how homes are constructed, along with the skill of visualizing the potential of a house. With a keen eye for design and aesthetics, he can see beyond the surface to help a client visualize how they can transform a home to make it their own. Mark is an avid trail runner and yoga practitioner, and he has a passion for art, architecture, fashion, and interior design. Mark also loves working on home projects, gardening, and landscaping with his husband, Matthew.
