 Iva True brings a lifetime of Asheville roots and a career built on care, resourcefulness, and hands-on problem-solving to her work in real estate. Before real estate, Iva worked on organic farms and regenerative land projects in the U.S. and abroad, spent years in early childhood and postpartum care, and ran her own small food business before working in local bakeries and kitchens. Each role required her to listen closely, negotiate practical solutions, and stay steady under pressure — skills that carry directly into guiding clients through a home purchase or sale. Recognizing the challenges many face with housing access in Asheville, Iva believes clear information and steady guidance can make all the difference.
