Danielle Fontenot
With 14 years in real estate and 13 years as a lead paralegal at a major southern law firm, Danielle brings a command of real estate law that most agents simply don't have. That combination shapes everything about how she works. Danielle builds her business around her clients' lives — their goals, concerns, and timelines. She takes time to understand what each person actually needs, then works to make sure they feel confident in every decision along the way. For her, helping someone open a new chapter is genuinely meaningful work. Her experience spans a wide range of transactions: 1031 exchanges, first-time buyers, senior transitions, out-of-area relocations, land purchases, and investment properties across the many distinct pockets of the local market. She knows this terrain well. Danielle's own move to Asheville from New Orleans — drawn by the mountains after years of visiting — gave her a firsthand appreciation for what it means to put down roots somewhere new. She has a particular fondness for older homes and, when she's not working, you'll find her at the pottery wheel, in the garden, or out on a trail.
