February 2022 - Team News
We're chugging along through often cold and dreary February and we're definitely ready for what spring we bring. We did receive some heart-warming news this month that we are delighted to share - Firefly Realty has once again been named in the Top 10 Teams in Asheville by Movement Mortgage for their annual Top 100 Teams recognition for 2021. This is the third year in a row that Firefly has received this designation, and also the third year in a row that team owner Katie Prendergast landed in the top 100 of individual agents! It's a great honor to be among the best of the best in our office AND throughout Asheville.
In other news, we are hiring! With four of our sales agents now taking listings, we are looking for someone who will serve as a buyer specialist, an integral part of our team. This role focuses on successfully assisting home buyers through each phase of the home buying process. The successful buyer specialist is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team and focuses on achieving greater and greater levels of success. As the success of the business grows, this individual should expect to receive additional opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. March 19: We are sponsoring the Asheville Marathon & Half - if you're running the race, come say hi to us at the packet pick-up expo and enter our raffle! Also, check out some other races happening in Asheville that are on our radar.
April 2: Focus on Fostering Free Family Fun Day - we are thrilled to be a part of this free event hosted by Fostering Hopes and The Transylvania County Parks & Recreation Department. Bring the whole family from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.!
April 30: Client Appreciation Event at the WNC Nature Center - we're moving this event to the Spring for more enjoyable weather this year! Invitation with details to follow.
