Firefly Realty - 2021 In Review
We want to wish you a Happy 2022! While 2021 was still not quite back to “normal” for any of us, we are thrilled to report that we had one of our most successful years ever, in many ways. We sold 129 homes – a record! Last year, we finished the year with 98. We can’t wait to see where 2022 takes us in terms of units sold and volume. Here's a look at some of our other stats from 2021.
October 2021 was our best month ever in the history of Firefly, in terms of sales volume, and we also hit the milestone of more than $1 million in commission for the year in early October; a record for our team! Much of this success was due to adding several new team members last year – we welcomed three new agents, one new operations team member and a full-time showing assistant who also helps support our operations team. We now have 11 full-time team members and we are ready to take on 2022!
One of the most exciting things in terms of growth that happened in 2021 is that four of our sales agents are now taking listings as well as continuing to service buyers. Josh Mimken, Alona Pivovarevich, Jordan Lockaby and Michaela Schmidlin each completed a rigorous listing agent training program created by Katie, and are hitting the ground running to serve listing clients moving forward.
