The Firefly Realty Team in Asheville, NC, is seeking a showing partner to become an integral part of our team! This role focuses on supporting our sales agents to show homes to clients when agents are not available. Imperative skills within this role include providing excellent communication to agents and clients, keeping an up-to-date and well-organized calendar, and offering top-notch customer service.
The successful showing partner is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team and focuses on achieving greater and greater levels of success. He or she will be committed to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual should expect to receive additional opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
- Work with sales agents and their buyer clients to schedule showings
- Showhomes to buyer clients for agents on the sales team
- Take notes on questions and feedback for each home
- Relay feedback on home to sales agent
- Leave feedback for listing agent in ShowingTime after each showing
- Offer top-notch customer service and communication
- Set goals, track activity, and maintain calendar of all showings
- Must hold (or acquire) a current NC real estate license
- Previous experience in real estate sales preferred
- Strong communication skills (on the phone and in-person)
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Service-oriented and concerned about exceeding expectations
- Demonstrates a high capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Capable of planning, action, and focus
