Ashley Taylor is no stranger to the real estate world - she and her husband Chad own Pisgah Home Inspections, and she is one of the reasons Firefly has recommended them to our clients for several years. Her communication and customer service skills are top notch, and she always goes the extra mile to help out our clients. Team members who worked with her closely in the past as a vendor were all thrilled to learn that she wanted to join our team as an agent. The feeling was mutual - when Ashley saw that Firefly was hiring, she took it as a sign to take the steps she had already been thinking about to complete her licensing. She said, "All the agents and operations staff are amazing, and you can tell they really care about their clients. Being on this team is 1000% better than I even imagined it to be!"
In addition to her experience in the home inspection world and being drawn to the Firefly team, Ashley's career shift toward real estate sales seemed like a natural move. Growing up, her mom was a real estate agent, and Ashley has been in the service industry most of her life. She loves going above and beyond to make highly memorable experiences, and real estate really is the perfect fit for that.
As Ashley forges her path in real estate, she wishes to build long lasting relationships with clients and to make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible. She also aims to bring a little fun - she would love it if everyone buying a home wanted to make fun videos to document their journey and preserve the memory. "Clients could re-watch the process of how they chose their house. The good, the bad, everything in between, and then - THE ONE!"
Ashley's vision for the next five years is clear - "I see myself as a top producer, making home dreams a reality, balancing work, life and traveling, owning some investment properties and still dancing around the office." We are excited for that future as well!
Ashley is married to her very own "tool man Taylor," Chad Taylor, and they have two kids together, Colby and Harper. They spend most of their time hiking, paddle boarding, camping, and everything else outdoors! She loves music and dancing. She is also the treasurer for Reynolds Youth Football and Cheer, and most of her weekends are spent at a ballfield.
