Andrea Blalock joined Firefly Realty in April 2022. While Andrea is new to real estate in North Carolina, her career and passion for the industry goes back  a long way. In her earlier days of real estate, she worked for builders to sell new construction homes in the hot Dallas/Fort Worth market. As she puts is, she loves to "see dreams rise up from the dirt." 

Andrea gets great pleasure from working with people, from clients to her fellow Firefly teammates. "The ability to use my talents and work ethic to help folks purchase their home or investment property and to get to be a part of their story is jus so special. I get to work with so many amazing people and very much value those relationships built along the way," she said.  

Being part of someone's story of finding a home where life-long memories will be made is both humbling and rewarding to Andrea, and is a huge motivation for her in her work. She wants to be a resource that can turn a sometimes stressful decision into a fun and enduring memory. Her wish is to be able to enrich people's lives in some way each day. 

Andrea has one bit of advice she loves passing on to her clients:  "In order to make this journey easier, one of the things I always ask my clients to do is create a list of their negotiables and non-negotiables in what they hope to find or achieve. This is a task that can be quite simple but really allows me to hone in on their goals, and utilize time and data in such a way that leads to more successful outcomes and with more ease for the clients.
