Fostering Hopes is a non-profit organization focused on engaging the local community in the ever-growing needs of foster care. Fostering Hopes plays an important role in creating necessary and needed change to the foster care system through educating the local community about the realities of foster care, developing foster care programs to support families and children, and sustaining those programs through the support, guidance and input of dedicated staff members.
By completing the form on this page, when you buy or sell a home with Firefly Realty, at closing we will donate $350 from our commission to Fostering Hopes.
Odyssey School is an independent, non-profit school with a focus on whole child, emotionally intelligent, personalized curriculum for students in Pre-K through grade 12. Firefly's owner and founder Katie Prendergast currently has two children at Odyssey and is happy to support their mission to prepare students, families, and educators to lead the 21st century with an authentic sense of self.

Each January, Firefly Realty purchases Go Local cards for all of our clients who bought and sold homes with us in the previous year. 50% of the sale of the cards goes to the Asheville City Schools Foundation, and each time the card is used it supports one of more than 620 local, independently-owned businesses in our area.
