Erin Ryan

Erin has been working with home buyers since 2014 during his previous career as a mortgage lender. He got his real estate license when he realized he wanted to have more direct connection with buyers and serve as their guide in the home buying process in a more impactful way. After serving as Firefly's Showing Partner for nearly a year, Erin transitioned into the role of full-time Buyer's Agent. Leveraging his experience from years in the mortgage industry and having shown more than 200 homes, Erin loves being able to focus on finding the right fit for each of his clients and guiding them through the home search with care and diligence. When he’s not serving clients, Erin enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening and landscaping, hiking, and showing friends and family his favorite places around Asheville. Erin and his wife Alex have three rescue pets – a puggle named Blanche, a Boston terrier mix named Gus, and a black cat named Vera.
