Andrea Blalock

Andrea has worked in Real Estate since 2016, though her passion for it goes back even earlier when as a 12-year old her family embarked on a new home search in Southlake, TX. She was included in the process as her family toured model homes, selected from the top custom builders and negotiated on a highly desirable lot. It was this exposure that allowed her to develop a knack for understanding the market and a deep love of land, quality workmanship, design, and investment. Andrea is passionate about understanding emotional and practical needs of people as they work toward their goals of homeownership and investment. In addition to having profound knowledge of new home construction, she enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and those looking for their forever home. Andrea fell in love with the mountains of Western North Carolina in 2016 and decided to turn her favorite vacation destination into her home and can be found hiking the trails of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park or Appalachian Trail, or kayaking on our area’s gorgeous and pristine lakes. She’s also a devoted dog mom to her 11-year old rescue named, Indy.
