We want to wish you a happy 2023! In 2022, we saw another record year – we sold 124 homes, and while that number is a few short of what we sold the previous year, we increased our sales volume by around $5 million, and our GCI was around $100,000 higher than 2021. The average sales price of all homes we sold in 2023 was $414,350.
May 2022 was our best month ever in terms of sales volume at $8.2 million, beating our previous monthly record by $1 million. We also hit the milestone of more than $1 million in commission for the year in June; four months earlier than in the previous year! We added two additional full-time sales agents in 2022, expanded our showing partner role, and have been thrilled to see four of our agents fully transition from buyers’ agents to hybrid agents, serving both buyer and seller clients. Our 12 full-time team members are ready to take on 2023!
We also connected with our clients through 22 different events, including 6 in-person client appreciation events, 5 virtual contests or giveaways, and 11 sponsorships of local nonprofit organizations or events. We intend to do the same, if not more, in 2023 and can’t wait to see you at one of our events!
We have started off the new year with renewed energy and big goals. Our entire operations team was lucky enough to attend a conference in Austin, TX, in early January specifically for team leaders and folks with administrative roles. Katie, Justin, Sara and Jessica brought back a wealth of knowledge and have already started to implement ideas from the conference that will make our client services stand out above our competition.
Clients who closed a transaction with us in 2022 should receive two things in the mail from us - a copy of your settlement statement, which you'll need for tax purposes, and a 2023 GoLocal card, which can be used for discounts and perks at more than 600 local businesses!
