Excellence - The embodiment of
excellence in all things, Katie is truly determined to achieve
goals for herself and all those around her, from her team members to her
clients. Through individual and group coaching, she demonstrates habits and
actions that lead to success, and often you can glean tips for achievement by
just listening in on a conversation she’s having with someone else. 

Communication - Katie is a skilled communicator always seeking
first to understand.  She is both meticulous in her word choice and
natural in her delivery. Her style is direct, concise, and warm.  I am
regularly amazed by the depth of her compassion and the kindness in her
words.     

Follow Up -Jessica's communication skills are second to none. Nothing falls through the cracks and she is diligent and skilled at helping us and our clients succeed.

Accountability - Sara takes ownership in everything she does. She understands how crucial her role is to our team's success and she handles it with a high degree of autonomy and skill. She can always be relied upon to do the right thing

Relationships - Sara continues to make us shine in the community and builds meaningful relationships; I'm certainly grateful to have her representing us and truly value the connections she's facilitating.

Integrity - Justin is straightforward and trustworthy. If he tells you something, you can trust that it's the truth and that it'll get done

Attitude - Justin is our biggest cheerleader. He is steadfast in his support and encouragement of the team to realize its full potential. In challenging times Justin keeps calm and perseveres.

Accountability - Jee will do all he can to please, and isn’t afraid to ask for help when he needs it. He's always positive and is genuinely invested in the team and team members.

Attitude – I can’t see him daily but he’s always so happy to help the team and is a unique and special part of it.

Attitude - Josh brings the energy and positivity every day in everything he does. He truly embodies our team's culture with his ability to laugh and have a good time while also holding himself to high standards. No matter what challenges he faces, Josh can be counted on to bring a positive, solutions based mindset that infects the entire team

Learning based – I admire Josh for working just as hard on his personal goals as he does in his business, regardless of what obstacles he has. His implementation of ‘thinking time’ and intentionality in his goal setting reflect how he truly comes from a place of curiosity and is always open to trying new things to better himself.

Relationships - Alona is fiercely loyal. She genuinely values and cares for her people in such an authentic way that instills a deep connection and strong feeling of community

Customer Experience - Alona brings a high level of service and professionalism to her role. She is an advocate for her clients, anticipating their needs and making them feel supported and heard.

Learning based - I greatly admire how committed Jordan is to self improvement. Whether it's in her personal life or her professional life, she's always pushing herself to do hard things with an eye towards making herself a more complete and well rounded human being.

Integrity – Genuine and sincere are the first words that come to mind when thinking of Jordan. She can ‘talk the talk’ and ‘walk the walk’ – is that the right saying? I would trust her with a client more than most.

Customer Experience - Michaela is all class in how she interacts with everyone around her. She is thoughtful, caring, sincere, compassionate, and kind in a way that makes people feel truly valued and appreciated. Her warmth and care for her clients is apparent in every interaction she has with them and every effort she makes on their behalf.

Relationships – Michaela is meticulously intentional in the way she nurtures her relationships, and she shows care and compassion for every person in her world. 

Integrity - Justin can always be counted on to do what he says, when he says he’ll do it. He can see multiple sides of a problem and find a reasonable solution. Every one of his clients absolutely loves and appreciates him!

Integrity - Erin has absolutely nailed the onboarding, which gives the team great insight into how she takes initiative and follows through with plans and promises.
