Firefly Realty Doorknob Award Winners - September 2021

 Every week at our Tuesday team meeting, we end the meeting with the handing off of the Doorknob Award, aka, the Exceeding Expectations award. Legend has it that years ago, Katie instructed a member of the Firefly team to remove a lockbox on a listing. The team member was unable to get the lockbox unshackled, so she completely removed the doorknob (and replaced it with a new one, of course!) - she returned the lockbox (and the doorknob) to Katie as instructed. Katie was so blown away by the team members' determination to follow through that the doorknob trophy was created! In September, Broker/Realtor Jordan Lockaby passed the award to Director of Operations Justin Hunter, who passed it on to Josh Mimken. On the last Tuesday in September, Josh handed it off to Erin Ryan, Firefly's newest team member! Erin is currently acting as a showing assistant for the agent on the team.

It feels great to receive this award, and it feels even better to take the time to reflect on who you want to receive it next. Congrats to these four for exceeding expectations in September, and we look forward to seeing the October winners as well!
